Katie Cox is a modern girl from a small town in Georgia now strutting her stuff in the big city! She grew up doing cirque and musical theatre at an international boarding school, Rabun Gap Nacoochee School. She spent her time after school being a star of her dance classes and rehearsals. Her favorite memories have always been backstage, in the dance studio, and being a shining example of a true diva.
Knowing theatre and creating art on stage were her greatest passion, Katie found herself at Wagner College in the Big Apple, where she would major in Theatre Performance. Dreams do come true! She spent her years meeting the best people and consistently stepping out of her comfort zone. She was starstruck to work with legends like Michele Pawk, Wendy Cavett, Emma Pittman, and Jack Cummings III. In 2023, she graduated college, picked up and moved to Manhattan, and hasn't looked back!
Katie currently spends her time auditioning, doing regional shows, and performing in the city! She loves acting in new works at festivals, dancing at Steps, and making fashion videos on Tik Tok! When she isn't doing any of that, you can find Katie doing a podcast with her best friend Matt. Check it out!
